MBI is a ministry out of Capital City Baptist Church that focuses on teaching men and women doctrinal truths. We are local church oriented. Each church is the “pillar and ground of the truth” (I Timothy 3:15). There is no better place for anyone to learn firsthand the order, operation and ethics essential to the leadership of a church and biblical discipleship by teachers and peers who are currently involved in the ministry. We desire to build a close working relationship between teachers and the students who want to grow closer to the Lord and serve Him not in the future, but right now.

Class Style:

We use the “module approach” where each subject is taught in one to two modules. A module consists of 3 to 3 1/2 hours per night for 4 nights of 1 week each month. The method yields the same amount of instruction time as the traditional method, and requires the same overall time (three or four years). Instead of the students taking a load of two or three subjects over the course of the academic year, they study each subject in concentrated “bursts.”

The advantages of the module method are:
1. It does not require students to attend classes each week.
2. Students are able to concentrate on one subject at a time.
3. It is flexible enough to fit in with busy schedules.

4 Year Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies

Tuition & Fees:

1. $75 per class (includes class notes, required text books, all administrative fees.)
2. $50 per class (includes class notes and all administrative fees.)
   *required text books not included
3. Auditing (*will not count towards degree): $40 Includes all class notes and required reading.
